Birds of Shotton Hall

Here at Shotton Hall we're blessed with sharing the grounds with a spectacular population of british birds. Our Town Clerk is a bit of a 'twitcher' in his spare time and these are just some of the birds that he's spotted sharing the mature woodland, shrubs, lawns and pond in the wonderful grounds of Shotton Hall.

- Heron
- Kestrel
- Magpie
- Jay
- Nuthatch
- Robin
- Song Thrush

- Redwing
- Blackbird
- Moorhen
- Blue Tit
- Great Tit
- jackdaw
- Rook
- Sparrow

It's a great place to come for some early morning bird-spotting.
